Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible .Please allow at least 1 – 14 business days for your order to arrive depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product. Therefore if you have purchased more than 1 item, you may receive your purchases at different times.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

We will accept returns from customers for purchases sent back and received by us within 7 working days from delivery date following conditions:
• You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
• Our product arrives damaged or you were delivered the wrong product
• The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
**Note: Exchanges can only be made with the same goods/products (Exchanges with different goods/products and refund is not recognized)

Complete the returns form and snap a photo of the damage/defect/faulty attached with proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement) and send to firstname.lastname@example.org

Packed and SendPlease note that you will bear the costs of the postal carrier. As we will not be responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit, we strongly recommend for you to use registered post.
All returns must be sent back to us within 3 days after the return is initiated (i.e. when you first received notification from us of the return). The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and do print out the return forms and include it in the package. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
Note: It is important to send us full details in the returns form because these details will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Have you received my returned item?
The number of days for us to receive the returned item and to process your return will vary depending on your location and on which postal carrier you use.
Immediately upon receipt, we will inspect and process your return request to ensure that you are served as quickly as possible. An email will also be sent out notifying you of the action we will take as soon as we have processed your return.
Please note that any item returned must be in their original condition (this includes the item in its original packaging) and it is very important that no tags or labels are removed. All goods will be inspected on return. Any item not bearing our label or in an unsuitable condition will be returned to you with an email notifying you of our decision.
All sales of sale/ promotional items are final, and are not returnable.
